Services

The Adair Standard provides residential cleaning services by appointment only. Service availability may vary based on scheduling capacity and location.

Walkthroughs & Estimates

Complimentary walkthroughs are required prior to scheduling services. Estimates provided are based on the condition of the home at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if conditions differ at the time of service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are asked to:

  • Provide safe and accessible access to the home at the scheduled appointment time

  • Secure pets when necessary

  • Inform the business of any hazards or special circumstances

  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available during service

Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. Booking requests are not considered confirmed until approved through the scheduling system or direct communication.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled service. For larger projects requiring multiple service days, partial payments may be collected throughout the duration of the project rather than upon final completion.

The Adair Standard accepts a wide variety of payment methods for client convenience. Open and respectful communication regarding payment arrangements is always appreciated.

Photos & Documentation

The Adair Standard may occasionally take photographs of areas within the home for purposes including service documentation, estimates, quality assurance, recordkeeping, and marketing. Any photographs taken will be handled respectfully and with consideration for client privacy.

Photographs containing identifiable personal information, family photographs, addresses, sensitive documents, or other private details will not be shared publicly without permission. The Adair Standard reserves the right to use non-identifying photographs of completed work, cleaning results, or project transformations for website, portfolio, or social media purposes.

Satisfaction

Providing a consistently thorough and high-quality experience is at the core of The Adair Standard. Every service is approached with care, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting the homes and families served.

If any concerns arise following a completed service, clients are encouraged to reach out within 24 hours so the matter can be reviewed and appropriately resolved. Investing your hard-earned money into support for your home is not something taken lightly, and no client should be left feeling overlooked or dissatisfied.

Open communication is always welcomed and appreciated. If something feels below your standards, it will be taken seriously and handled with care, respect, and professionalism.
