Cancellation Policy

Effective Date : June 2026

The goal of this policy is not to penalize clients, but to protect the time, scheduling, and commitments of everyone involved.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Last-minute cancellations, frequent rescheduling, lockouts, or inaccessible homes may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of The Adair Standard.

That said, life happens. Emergencies, illness, family matters, and unexpected situations are understood on both sides. Clear and respectful communication goes a long way, and how circumstances are communicated will always be taken into consideration before enforcing any fees or restrictions.

Likewise, while every effort is made to maintain scheduled appointments, The Adair Standard reserves the right to reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In these situations, patience and understanding are sincerely appreciated and will always be reciprocated.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or ongoing communication issues may result in refusal of future services.
