    I do not outsource work or rotate teams through your home. From the initial walkthrough to each scheduled service, you can expect the same familiar face, consistent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of your home’s unique needs and preferences.

    This hands-on approach allows me to maintain the level of quality, consistency, and care that The Adair Standard is built upon.

    About The Owner

  • The Reset is required for clients interested in recurring services, regardless of the home’s current condition. While pricing varies based on the level of detail needed, the purpose of The Reset is always the same: to bring the home up to The Adair Standard and establish a foundation for ongoing maintenance.

    In some cases, an exception may be made if a walkthrough confirms that your home already meets this standard.

    The Reset serves as my move-in and move-out cleaning service, as it is the most comprehensive cleaning offered by The Adair Standard. Whether a home is vacant or currently lived in, the standards, attention to detail, and level of care remain the same. My goal is always to leave the space refreshed, restored, and held to the highest standard.

    For clients who need additional support during a move, I also offer organized packing and unpacking services designed to make the transition into or out of a home feel more seamless and less overwhelming. To explore these and other Enhancement services, please click the link below.

    The Enhancements

  • Absolutely.

    Appliance interiors are included as part of every service. During your initial Reset service, they receive a foundational cleaning to establish the standard, and that level of cleanliness is maintained throughout recurring services. By treating appliance interiors as part of ongoing home care rather than an occasional add-on, they remain consistently clean without the need for separate deep-clean charges in the future.

    I offer a variety of organization services. I also provide household support—which can include tasks such as laundry, dishes, and other day-to-day responsibilities—providing additional support when it’s needed most.     I arrive fully equipped with everything needed to care for your home, including commercial-grade equipment, thoughtfully selected cleaning products, and many other professional tools required to deliver exceptional results.

    Every product and piece of equipment is chosen with purpose to ensure your home receives the highest level of care, without you ever needing to provide a thing.

  • Pets are always welcome in my presence.

    As a lifelong animal lover, I genuinely enjoy meeting the furry members of your family and happily welcome enthusiastic helpers throughout my visits. Pets only need to be secured if you feel it’s necessary for their comfort or safety.

    I typically keep plenty of love, attention, and treats on hand to share. If your pet has dietary restrictions or you’d prefer they not receive treats, simply let me know — I’m always happy to substitute treats with extra affection instead.

    As part of my service, I’m also happy to tend to minor pet-related cleanup during my visits at no additional charge. Whether your home includes dogs, cats, or other beloved companions, they’re considered part of the family and will always be treated with kindness and care.

    Many clients choose to provide access to their home and go about their day while services are being completed. Whether you’re at work, running errands, or simply enjoying some time away, you can feel confident knowing your home is being cared for with the utmost respect and attention to detail.

    Of course, you’re always welcome to be home during your appointment if you prefer. The choice is entirely yours, and I’m happy to accommodate whichever arrangement makes you most comfortable.

  • No two homes are exactly alike, so service times vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home.

    For a typical Continuum service, most appointments take between 2–4 hours. Reset services are more extensive and can range from approximately 8 hours to multi-day projects, depending on the level of detail required.

    Enhancement services vary as well, as they are tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. During your walkthrough, I’ll provide a more accurate estimate based on the services requested and the unique needs of your home.

  • I accept all major payment methods for your convenience.

    For single-day services, payment is due upon completion of the appointment. For larger projects that span multiple days, payment may be divided and collected at the conclusion of each day’s service. Any payment arrangements will be clearly communicated in advance, so you’ll always know what to expect.

  • Life happens.

    I understand that plans sometimes change. While I do maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, I believe in approaching these situations with understanding and flexibility whenever possible.

    If you need to reschedule, simply reach out as soon as you’re able. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and find the soonest, most convenient alternative appointment available. My goal is to make the process as seamless as possible — so much so that it feels like the reschedule never happened at all.

    Clear communication is always appreciated, and I’ll work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.
