I built The Adair Standard because laziness plagues the cleaning industry, and taking your money without absolutely blowing you away with detail is completely unacceptable. As the sole owner and operator of this business, every service is completed personally by me — allowing for a more hands-on, detail-oriented experience from start to finish.

While larger team-based companies may move faster, I take pride in offering a higher level of precision, devotion, and accountability. Every home receives my full attention, resulting in a more personal experience and a higher Standard of service.

I believe people deserve reliability, understanding, and genuine effort — not rushed work and empty promises. Somewhere along the way, many businesses stopped caring about quality, respect, and people. I created this company to help bring that care back.

My experience started long before this business ever existed. I was raised with cleaning standards that made attention to detail second nature to me. The Adair Standard runs deep — in our household, “half-decent” was basically code for spotless.

Over the years, I gained extensive experience in the food service industry, eventually working my way into a district manager position. That experience taught me that cleanliness isn’t just about appearance — it’s about health, safety, and taking pride in your environment. I also became a general manager for an express tunnel car wash, where I learned the importance of handling expensive personal property with care, working safely around harsh chemicals, and maintaining consistency under pressure. Alongside my leadership experience, I’ve also worked professionally in both residential and commercial cleaning environments.

As a full-time business owner and sole parent, I’ve learned resilience, patience, and the value of hard work. I founded this business to bring a higher level of standards, dedication, and meticulous detail back into not only the service industry, but also the community.
